Pedro Lazaro Blanco, 39, was found dead on a sidewalk in Little Havana, Miami, on December 26, 2017. His body was discovered near Northwest 8th Avenue and Northwest 1st Street early that morning. Authorities determined he had been murdered, though the exact circumstances were not released.
