Has anyone read about the security measures at Pavillon Suzanne Blanchard back in 2005? I'm curious because it seems like there wasn't adequate oversight at the time Jean Louis Bourgeault went missing. I can’t help but wonder if this case could have been prevented with better protocols or staffing. Given his vulnerable state and mental health needs, I assume there might have been some gaps in care or supervision. Anyone else have any insights on this? It would be interesting to know if this kind of situation has led to any changes in similar facilities since then.
