Hey everyone. This case has always intrigued me, especially because of William's experience as an outdoorsman. It's strange how someone so familiar with the terrain could just vanish without a trace. I've been doing some digging and I wonder if we might've overlooked weather conditions on that particular day back in October 1979? Weather can change fast up north, and it's possible a sudden storm or drop in temperature could have played a role. I read a few articles about unexpected weather mishaps causing experienced hunters to lose their bearings. Does anyone from the area or with knowledge of historical weather patterns have any input on what the conditions were like that day? Curious if any locals have stories passed down or memories of that time. It's been so long, but maybe there's something there we've missed.
