Does anyone have any insights into Harley Boxall's medical situation at the time he went missing? It's been haunting me since I read that his medical needs were critical. I mean, with no vehicle or public transport use, how was he managing his health? It's so puzzling given that he also had limited finances. If he needed regular medication, then going without it for days would have been serious. I'm curious if any local pharmacies in Nanaimo reported anything unusual around the time he went missing. Maybe someone there might remember if he picked up his prescriptions, or if there were any attempts to get meds elsewhere. Just grasping at straws here, but sometimes the smallest detail can help unravel a mystery. Thoughts?
