Has anyone else been intrigued by the reports of wildlife activity around the last places Thomas was spotted? I came across some old local news articles from '99, and it seems there were quite a few sightings of bears and other wildlife in the Goose Lake and Barrhead areas during that summer. I wonder if the investigators considered how the presence of these animals could have impacted either Thomas himself or any potential evidence that might've been left behind. It could be nothing, but I couldn't help thinking how nature itself might play a role in the mystery surrounding his disappearance. Would love to hear if anyone has more info or thoughts on the wildlife angle!
