The mention of a potential connection to Chihuahua, Mexico, is deeply puzzling. How often do we come across missing-person cases where another person with the identical full name is also reported missing in an entirely different country? It makes you wonder if there's any chance of mistaken identity or if there's more to this story than meets the eye. Could Horacio have had ties to Mexico that weren't publicized, or is this just an eerie coincidence? Without more official explanations from either the Canadian or Mexican authorities, it feels like a huge piece of the puzzle is missing. Hoping any witnesses or information come forward to illuminate these mysterious international links.
