Did anyone else notice the detail about the cowboy hat, Swiss army knife, and lariat being taken? It's interesting that amidst everything left behind, those are the items James chose to take with him. I'm wondering if there's any significance to these belongings in particular. Maybe they hold some personal meaning or comfort for him, which could give us clues about his state of mind or intentions at the time. It makes me think he might have had plans to go somewhere he felt connected to or safe. Could it also suggest that he was planning on spending time outdoors, given the practical nature of those items? If anyone has any insight, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
