Has anyone else been following the case of William "Billy" Chookomolin from Timmins? I was recently reading about the 2014 search by the police in the wooded area off Algonquin Boulevard and Highway 655. It's interesting that they would go through such efforts after so many years. Makes me wonder if there was a new tip or clue that led them there. Does anyone have thoughts on what might have prompted such a specific search location? Could it be that someone finally came forward with information? The fact that they haven't shared the results is intriguing—maybe something significant was found, or perhaps it's just protecting the integrity of the investigation. Either way, it shows they're still dedicated to finding answers. Would be good to hear if anyone else has insights or information about any developments in Billy's case.
