I've been following the Delvin James Darcy case for a while, and something has always struck me about the circumstances surrounding that day in February 2013. Specifically, I've been curious about the Last Spike Hotel where he was staying. Does anyone know if there were any surveillance cameras in the area or at the hotel itself back then? It seems odd that no footage ever surfaced from his last known whereabouts. Even if the place didn’t have cameras, you’d think there might’ve been some in nearby establishments or on neighboring streets that could’ve captured something useful. If anyone's from the Fort Fraser area or has any insights into the layout of that area and the potential for surveillance, it’d be great to hear from you. It's baffling how someone can just vanish without leaving a trace, and any information, even about the setup of the area back then, might help in understanding more about what might have happened that day.
