Hey all, I was doing a deep dive into the disappearance of Richard Michael Deren, and something caught my eye. Has anyone else wondered about the delay in reporting him missing? I know he was a frequent traveler to Thailand, which might explain why friends and family didn't immediately panic, but it seems kind of odd. Why wasn't anyone alarmed sooner? I mean, his lack of communication was definitely unusual, from what I gather. Just seems strange that it took nearly a month for the alarm to be raised officially. Also, does anyone know if there were any attempts to contact authorities in Thailand when he was first reported missing? It might seem like a long shot, but since he traveled there often, it could provide some leads. Would love to hear any thoughts or theories.
