I recently stumbled upon the case of William Drake, and one thing that really struck me was the mention of the Sunset Husky gas station as the last place he was reportedly seen. Having been through that area myself a few times, I can't help but wonder about the vastness and the sheer isolation of the region. Could the specific location provide any insight? Maybe someone passing through might have seen something without even realizing its significance back then. Given that this spot is a bit of a landmark, I'm curious if the investigators at the time checked in with any truckers or regulars who frequented that area. Highway 17 isn't exactly buzzing with activity, but those who travel it regularly might have noticed something unusual that day. Anyone else here have thoughts or know if the gas station area was thoroughly looked into?
