Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into the John A. Fadden case, and something that's been bugging me is the lack of info on any search efforts that might have been made around the UBC campus after he went missing. I know that the case received some attention locally, but details on how extensive the search was seem scarce. Did they use dogs, drones, or anything like that at the time? Given how familiar he was with the campus after living there for years, it just seems like there must have been some places that were thoroughly checked. If anyone has insight on search protocols back then, especially regarding cases involving individuals with health conditions, I'd be eager to learn more. Was there a profile or alert system in place that could’ve been used to help? Here's hoping for any light on what’s still a very puzzling situation.
