I was reading through some old articles and noticed a peculiar detail about Mark Richard Garland’s case that I hadn't seen discussed much. Apparently, the last confirmed sighting of him was in Toronto on November 4, 1996, but it's unclear who actually saw him or what he was doing at the time. I’ve always wondered if anyone knows more about who reported this sighting or what Mark’s activities were like during those final days. Toronto can be such a sprawling and busy place, and it’s a bit unsettling how someone can just disappear so suddenly. Was he traveling for work, or was there someone he might have been meeting?
