Has anyone else been curious about the sighting near the hydro feeder canal? It strikes me as such a pivotal moment. From what I gather, the witness who spotted a man resembling Gordon Gibbs near the canal described him looking over the railing. That seems so significant considering the dangers around water infrastructure like that. The canal system is extensive, and I can't stop thinking about the implications. Given the water connections in that area and the fact that the sighting placed him there just 30 minutes after leaving the hospital, it makes me wonder if there's a chance he was disoriented due to his mental condition. Maybe he was drawn to the water for some reason? Or perhaps he intended to go somewhere specific after that? It's also concerning that the sighting didn’t lead to an interaction. Without knowing where he headed afterward, it must have been incredibly frustrating for his family and investigators. It’s been years now, and this element of the case still feels like a giant question mark to me. Thoughts?
