Has anyone else noticed how often important details seem to go missing in transient lifestyle cases? It seems like when someone doesn't have a fixed home, so many of the usual investigative steps become way more challenging. In Dale Hallett's situation, I'm really curious how authorities handled the search given he didn't have a consistent address or routine. It must have been tough trying to chart his movements without knowing where he might regularly be. Does anyone know if there are specific strategies or tools RCMP uses for tracking someone under those circumstances? Also, if he did connect with people along the route from Didsbury to Hinton, it would be great to hear from anyone who would have seen him or had any interaction. It's troubling to think how such large gaps in a person's timeline can impact a case so significantly.
