Has anyone else looked into the role that shelters and outreach programs might have played in Ruby Ann Hardy's case? I’m wondering if there are any records or folks from these organizations who may remember her during that time. Considering her life in the Downtown Eastside, it’s possible she sought assistance there. It’s so important to follow any potential leads, especially when so many people look the other way when it comes to high-risk lifestyles. Any info could be a piece of the puzzle in understanding what happened to her.
