I've been thinking about the area in Saint-Romuald where Paul-Henri Hardy went missing back in 1995. Does anyone know if there were any construction sites or major roadworks happening around that time? Sometimes workers or regulars in those areas might notice something unusual. I don't recall seeing any specific mentions of construction or transient workers in the reports I've read, but it's the kind of detail that could have been easily overlooked or forgotten over the years. Could be worth looking into whether anyone in that sector who worked in construction or knew the area well has ever been approached for information. There might be someone out there who remembers seeing something odd that day, even if it seemed insignificant at the time. It's a long shot, but sometimes these cases hinge on a little detail like that. Any locals from back then have insights?
