I've been following the Ellice Harper case closely, and something's been bothering me about that day on Red Sucker Lake. Has anyone else looked into whether the boat was equipped with any kind of safety equipment or communication devices? With the weather in Manitoba being so unpredictable, you’d think having a radio or even a life jacket would be crucial.
