Samantha Mary Hiebert, 28, was last seen on April 1, 2019, at the Sagkeeng Employment and Income Assistance Office in the Powerview-Pine Falls area of Manitoba. She is described as slender, five feet ten inches tall, about 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Distinctive tattoos include a butterfly on her upper back, wings on her torso, wings on her right hand, a small moon on her left hand, and two stars.

Samantha’s family and friends had no contact from her after that day, her bank account showed no activity, and her social media lay dormant. More than a year passed before she was reported missing to the Powerview RCMP on August 19, 2020. A possible sighting near Keewatin Street and Alexander Avenue in Winnipeg on December 7, 2020, was reported to police but did not resolve her whereabouts. Billboards and posters were posted in the Sagkeeng First Nation area as investigators continue to seek information.

If anyone saw Samantha around April 2019 or has information about her movements between Sagkeeng First Nation and Winnipeg, please come forward.
