Jennifer Lynn Hillier-Penney, 38, vanished from St. Anthony, Newfoundland on the evening of November 30, 2016. She was staying at the home of her estranged husband, Dean Penney, on Husky Drive to look after their youngest daughter. The next morning the daughter woke to Jennifer’s alarm, but Jennifer was gone. Her purse, phone, coat, car keys and vehicle were all left at the house, and there were no signs of a struggle or that she had planned to leave.

Family and friends describe Jennifer as compassionate and very family-oriented. In the weeks before she disappeared she had been planning a fresh start and had lined up a job interview in another town; she had also removed Dean Penney as beneficiary from her life insurance policy, naming her two daughters instead. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police treated the case as suspicious and investigated it as a possible kidnapping and homicide. Despite extensive land and water searches near St. Anthony, Jennifer’s remains have not been found.

Does anyone in the St. Anthony area have information about Jennifer’s movements on November 30, 2016 or about contacts she may have had in the days before she vanished?
