Hi everyone,
I've been following Ralph Hopper's case ever since I first heard about it, and there's one detail that keeps puzzling me: why were there no early surveillance camera images or eyewitness accounts from the area when he disappeared? Given that Dieppe is a relatively busy area and the time of day, someone should have seen something. It would be great if we could gather any info from people who might have been in the area around that time. Even if it seems insignificant, sometimes the smallest detail can be the key.
Hoping someone out there remembers something that could help bring Ralph home. Stay hopeful!
