Has anyone ever looked into the possibility that Mr. Imenpour might have unintentionally wandered into a private property or an area under construction around the time he vanished? Port Coquitlam had some development areas around that period, and it could explain why searches in known public spaces didn't yield any findings. Given his unfamiliarity with the area and lack of language skills, it's conceivable that he might have entered a non-public zone and struggled to find his way back. It's a long shot, but has anyone explored this angle or know if any specific construction sites or restricted areas were checked during the initial searches?
