Does anyone else find it odd that all traces of Gaby Luonga Kombe just disappeared after he called his son that evening? I've been thinking about the timing of this call. It's such a pivotal piece of the puzzle, but simultaneously, it adds to the mystery. He mentioned he was on his way home, but did anyone spot him at any metro stops after that? What was the train schedule like at the time? Maybe there's something we've overlooked regarding his route back home. Montréal's metro system is extensive, and it's easy to slip through without a trace, especially in '99 when surveillance wasn't as advanced as it is now. I feel like there might be a small detail regarding his journey home that's been missed, like someone's seen him, even if just for a moment. Has anyone scoured local reports or forums from back then for sightings that didn't make it to the investigation files?
