Hi everyone, I just wanted to share some thoughts I've been mulling over regarding the Adjutor Lapointe case, particularly about Vital Lemire's use of the car. It's always struck me as bizarre that Vital was driving around in Adjutor's Plymouth Valiant for weeks after his disappearance. I mean, isn't it odd how he modified the car by removing the vinyl roof and fixing a dent? It seems almost like he was trying to disguise the vehicle or avoid recognition. Do any of you think altering the car was a panic move, or was it something more calculated? Considering the confession years later, it's easy to speculate in hindsight, but I'm curious to hear what others think. Did Vital possibly believe he could get away with such blatant acts because he'd already altered more than just the physical appearance of the car? Every time I think about those missing pieces in this case, it raises more questions than answers for me. Just wanted to put this out there and see how others interpret this aspect of the situation. Maybe there's a detail we're all overlooking that could lead us closer to some sort of resolution for Adjutor's family. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
