Roger Alderic LeBlanc was 34 when he disappeared from the Canaan Station area of southeastern New Brunswick in November 1993. Accounts differ on his last confirmed sighting, giving either November 20 or November 21. He was described as 5 feet 5 inches and about 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

LeBlanc was interviewed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on November 21 as part of the investigation into the November 14 murders of 14-year-old Marcia LeBlanc and 17-year-old Marcel Cormier and was identified as a person of interest. He went missing the next day. Some personal effects and his vehicle were later found abandoned and a search of the woods and the Canaan River by police and volunteer teams turned up no trace of him.

Authorities say locating LeBlanc, whether alive or dead, could be key to resolving the double homicide. Does anyone in the area remember seeing Roger or his vehicle around November 20–21, 1993?
