I’ve been following the Woon-young Lee case for a while, and something that stands out is the complete absence of any reported sightings or tips, even after all these years. It’s as if he vanished into thin air after leaving the health center. What I find puzzling is why there hasn't been more coverage or public calls for information. Given the psychological state Woon-young might have been in, it’s curious that no one in surrounding areas noticed anything unusual around that time—no distressed individual, no abandoned belongings. For a city like Toronto, which is generally so vigilant, the silence is odd. Has there been any mention of CCTV footage from the facility or nearby? Surely in 2007, there must have been some form of surveillance, even if it didn’t cover the entire perimeter. I wonder if the footage was ever reviewed extensively or if any technical issues prevented its use. It just feels like there's a piece of the puzzle missing that we might never know.
