Wow, this whole Peter K. Lipinoga case really caught my attention. I was reading about eyewitness accounts of him near Terrapin Point, and I can't help but wonder if anyone has looked into possible other factors? I’ve heard that area is very popular with tourists and full of people taking pictures and videos. Was there ever an appeal to the general public for any uploaded footage from that day? Sometimes just one candid video or photo can offer new insights or even capture something unnoticed. Technology and crowd-sourcing can be incredibly useful, and with how many people visit that spot on any given day, it seems like someone might have unknowingly captured crucial evidence. Just thought I'd throw that idea out there. What do you all think?
