Saw some discussion about Tihomir Maletic's case and had a thought that keeps nagging at me. The thing with his wallet showing up in Detroit… why Detroit? It's so baffling. I know he had some connections to Windsor, but it's a pretty big leap to end up across the border like that. Was there even any indication he was planning to travel that far, or is it possible someone took it there? I can't shake the feeling that the wallet being sent back was meant to send a message or cover someone's tracks. Also, the fact that the ID and such were still in the wallet adds another layer. If it were just about theft, you'd assume they'd keep the cash or cards. Has anyone come across any cases in Detroit during that time that might connect, or are there other missing person cases around Windsor with similar odd cross-border elements? Would love to hear some thoughts or any theories folks have.
