Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone here is familiar with the Rideau Heights Campground and the surrounding area. Having grown up in a small town myself, I know how tightly-knit communities can be and how even the smallest detail might be the missing link in a case like Wayne Martin's. It's baffling how someone can vanish from a seemingly public place, and I wonder if any of the campers from that time or anyone who regularly visited might recall anything unusual or out of the ordinary from that day in 1981. Sometimes it's the stuff we dismiss as insignificant that turns out to be crucial. Hoping to generate some chatter here. Even if you're just sharing what the campground was like back then or how crowded it might have been during November, every bit helps paint a fuller picture. Fingers crossed for some fresh perspectives! Stay safe, everyone.
