I’ve been reading through this case and can’t shake the feeling there might be more to explore about the hitchhiking theory. Highway 11 has quite a bit of traffic, especially with truckers. Has there been any outreach to trucking companies or organizations to see if anyone remembers picking Dean up? Even if it’s a small detail, like the time or direction they were heading, it could be vital. It's a long stretch of road, but someone must have seen something. With the $50,000 reward out there, I’m hoping it motivates anyone with info to come forward because someone out there must know what happened that morning!
