I came across Amanda McLeod's case recently and have been thinking about the impact of media coverage on missing persons cases. In Amanda's situation, the lack of details and media attention might have contributed to why her case hasn't seen much progress. It made me wonder how different things might be if her story had gotten more news coverage.
We've seen cases where media pressure has led to new leads or resources being allocated, but unfortunately, not every case gets that level of attention. I'm curious if anyone here has thoughts on how media coverage, or the lack thereof, affects the outcomes of these investigations? It just seems like such a pivotal factor that could mean the difference between finding answers and remaining stuck without any clues.
