Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into the Fanzheng Meng case from 2009, and I keep coming back to the detail about the Deschenes Rapids. Does anyone know if there have been other incidents there involving boaters? It sounds like such a perilous spot, especially for those who might not be familiar with the area. I wonder if there's been any discussion about increasing safety measures or warnings in that part of the river. Would love to hear if local folks have any insight on how common these types of accidents are or if anything’s been done since this tragic event. Thanks!
