Hi everyone, I've been reading up on the case of Phillip David Morin and came across something that struck me as odd. Back in 2012, when his case was one of the four profiled by the Winnipeg Police, why do you think there wasn’t a stronger public response or more leads generated? I mean, with the concentrated effort the police put into highlighting these cases, I would have expected at least a few new tips to come in. Did they perhaps not reach the right channels or audiences at the time? It just seems like with Phillip's distinctive appearance and the situation surrounding his disappearance, someone should have remembered something. It’s so perplexing! Anyone else feel like there's more to this that didn’t come to the surface back then? Let's brainstorm!
