Seventeen-year-old Marious L. Bradley was fatally shot the evening of August 12, 2024, at Brook Hollow Apartments, 2511 E. 24th Street in Texarkana, Arkansas. Officers responded and Marious was pronounced dead at the scene. The shooting is the second deadly incident at that complex in under two years.

The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department opened an investigation and on the evening of Wednesday, August 14, 2024, arrested an unnamed 17-year-old suspect on a charge of capital murder. The juvenile was taken into custody just after 7 p.m. and was to be transported to a juvenile detention center outside Miller County. Authorities continue to ask the public for any additional information about the shooting death of Marious Bradley.
