I’ve been following the case of Pinaskin Ottawa for a while now, and something that keeps sticking with me is the sighting of him on that last day at the community grocery store. The fact that he was seen in a white truck with an acquaintance sounds critical. Does anyone know if this acquaintance was ever identified or seriously questioned by the authorities? It seems so crucial to track down the person who was with him just before he disappeared. It's strange how cases like these can remain stalled when there’s such a concrete lead to follow. I wonder if fear of retaliation or mistrust of authorities might be why more information hasn’t come forward. It must be incredibly difficult for Pinaskin’s family not to have more to go on. Any thoughts on whether community dynamics might be keeping people from coming forward with what they know?
