Does anyone think the weather might have played a role in Jeanne Darc Ouellette’s disappearance? Mid-October in Toronto can be pretty unpredictable. I wonder if the weather conditions on that specific day had anything to do with her vanishing. Maybe she planned to go somewhere after the Starbucks visit and got caught in bad weather? Either way, it's strange no one else noticed anything unusual if the weather was rough. If anyone remembers what the weather was like on October 15, 2002, maybe that could help jog some memories or lead to new insights. It's frustrating how small details can be easily overlooked but might be key to solving what happened to her.
