David John Packham, 44, was last seen in Nogales, Mexico, on the night of May 12 into the early hours of May 13, 2020, when he was expected to cross into Tucson, Arizona. Communication from him stopped during that period and he has not been heard from since. He is described as a Caucasian male, 6 feet tall, about 205 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
Distinguishing marks include a tribal armband on his upper right arm, four names on his right forearm, a dragon on his left shin, a tiger on his right thigh, a scar on his left forearm and a stab-wound scar on his upper back. He was believed to have been carrying a green backpack and may have been wearing a blue and black tungsten band when last seen. The Edmonton Police Service is handling the investigation; the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear.
