Elora Patoine, 30, was last seen on June 19, 2023, on Albert Street in Moncton, New Brunswick. Her disappearance began days earlier: she was reported in Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island, on June 17, 2023, the town that links the island to the mainland via the Confederation Bridge. When last seen she wore a brown faux leather jacket, black pants and carried a school bag. She is five feet ten inches tall, about 140 pounds, with brown curly hair and is bilingual in French and English.
A concerned citizen reported her missing in late September 2023, triggering a Prince District RCMP investigation that was elevated to a high-priority file and involved the RCMP Major Crime Unit. Investigators used the province’s Missing Persons Act, reviewed surveillance footage, interviewed contacts and followed numerous public tips, but her whereabouts remain unknown and the case has been described as a cold case. The lack of answers has deeply affected her loved ones.
Did anyone in Moncton or Borden-Carleton see Elora around June 17–19, 2023, or have information that could help investigators?
