Does anyone else find it odd that Marilyn Payne was carrying black luggage when she disappeared? I mean, if she was planning a spontaneous trip somewhere or moving on to another place, why hasn't anyone come forward saying they saw her on public transportation or at an airport? Toronto is a busy place, and even in 2001, something like this would've been noticed. This detail about her luggage makes me wonder: Was she actually planning to leave, or was the luggage just a decoy? Maybe she intended to visit someone nearby and something unexpected happened. It’s just strange that with every item documented, not a single substantial lead seems to have surfaced. Thoughts?
