Hey everyone, I was reading through Cynthia Ann Peddle's case again, and something struck me about the location she was last seen – the Vieux Quai area of Sept-Îles. Does anyone have more insight into what that area was like back in the early 90s? Was it known for any particular hangouts or events where a young woman might go?
