I’ve always been curious about how investigative technologies have evolved since cases like the Pelletier siblings' disappearance. It's remarkable to consider that in 1979, police didn't have the tech we have now – no DNA profiling or digital forensic tools. I wonder how different the investigation might have been with today's resources. Would Michel have been found sooner, or could the suspect have been identified faster? It’s one of those tragic cases where you wish modern advancements could be retroactively applied. For those who followed this case, do you think the technological limitations of the time impacted the outcome significantly?
