I was digging through some old cases and came across Margarito Perez Hernandez's disappearance. Has anyone ever explored the possibility of him being in the underground community in Toronto? Given the year he disappeared and the lack of media coverage, I wonder if there might be connections that weren’t pursued back then. Around 2001, there were reports of transient communities that were quite insular. It's conceivable he might have found refuge or assistance within such circles, making it harder for law enforcement to track him. Anyone here with insights or knowledge of Toronto in the early 2000s?
