I came across an old tip that might be worth discussing. Someone mentioned seeing a man matching Van Van Pham's description near a bus stop in the Jane Street area a day or two after he was last seen. The witness said the man seemed disoriented, but they weren't sure if it was Van or someone else. Has there been any thorough canvassing of local transit routes he might have used? His lack of meds could have really affected his state of mind. Just thinking that checking those routes might still lead to some overlooked info, especially from people who use public transport at odd hours. What do you all think?
