Did anyone else find it odd that Amber chose to flag down a stranger's car instead of running to a friend or somewhere familiar? I know teenagers can act impulsively, but considering she used to stay in touch with her mom even when she ran away before, it seems like something more was going on. Was there ever any info on who this driver might have been? I'm curious if there were any leads on the car or the driver that day. Could it have been someone she knew or met recently? The lack of answers in this case is just unsettling.
