Shayne Murray Robinson was 40 when he went missing in late July 2010 while relocating from Celista, British Columbia, to the Barriere area. He borrowed his mother’s grey 2004 Dodge Ram four-door pickup, Alberta plate YND 082, and was last heard from on July 23, 2010. The truck was found abandoned on Enterprise Way in Louis Creek, near Barriere, in the early hours of July 24, 2010. He was reported missing on July 28, 2010.

Shayne is described as a Caucasian male, five-feet-ten inches tall, about 232 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. The discovery of the vehicle so soon after his last contact is the central unanswered detail in the investigation. The Chase RCMP continues to seek information about his movements in the days before July 23, 2010, and any knowledge of how or why the Dodge Ram was left on Enterprise Way.

If anyone in the Barriere or Louis Creek area remembers seeing Shayne, his truck, or anything unusual around July 23–24, 2010, please share what you know.
