Does anyone else find it puzzling that Arthur Joseph Roy was last seen near the old North Bay Psychiatric Hospital even though there was no known connection between him and the institution? It's quite a trek for an 81-year-old to make on foot, especially given the physical and mental challenges he was reportedly facing. I wonder if any of the staff or patients at the facility at that time might have seen or interacted with him that day. Could there be any potential witnesses or information that's been overlooked due to the assumption there's no link? It seems like such a strange coincidence to just pass off. If anyone has insights or theories, I'd love to hear them. Could there possibly be more to this location mystery?
