Forrest Terry Schab was 26 when he was last seen in Toronto in late August 2010. A Canadian rapper known as DY, he had finished a new single and a music video and told loved ones he planned to travel to Mexico for a two-week retreat and would be out of touch. The exact departure date and destination in Mexico are unclear, and it is not known whether he ever left Canada.

Worry grew when the two weeks passed with no contact. His family initially kept the absence private, but eventually reported him missing to the Toronto Police Service after further silence. His last online activity was posts on Twitter and Facebook in early September 2010. His record label, CP Records, and his family publicly appealed for information, describing him as a great young talent.

There have been no concrete public leads described in this account. If anyone knew Forrest’s plans, movements, or saw him after late August 2010, please share any information that could help.
