Does anyone have more info on the community resources available in downtown Kitchener around 2003? I'm curious about what kind of support Clifford might have had access to before he went missing. From what I know, transients often utilized specific centers and shelters for day-to-day necessities – maybe someone who regularly used the same locations has some insights? It's sad to think that lacking permanent ties made it so much harder to track his last movements. I wonder if there are others who went missing similarly and if there's a pattern in how these cases were handled.
