Has anyone else considered the possibility that Billy Jay might have left with someone he knew, and that’s why the identity of the person in the vehicle remains a mystery? It’s just something I’ve been thinking about. I'm curious if any friends or acquaintances were questioned in-depth at the time. Given the time that has passed, maybe it wasn't someone suspicious at first glance, but someone unexpected? Particularly given the trust and community culture, maybe someone close might have unintentionally led him into a precarious situation. Just wondering why there hasn't been more public info on who this could've been. Thoughts?
