I'm curious if anyone else has been following the odd weather patterns around the time Ralph Simington went missing. I've read some old posts mentioning the search conditions were pretty tricky due to unexpected rain and fog patches coming off the Bow River. Living nearby, I know firsthand how the sudden summer storms in Calgary can quickly change visibility and make familiar areas seem different. It’s possible Ralph got turned around or accidentally slipped somewhere less visible. I’ve been trying to piece together any weather reports from June 2012 around that time. Does anyone have access to historical weather records or remember any unusual weather that might have impacted the search efforts or even his walk that night?
